FCS’s experienced team will work with your team to come up with the right implementation plan suited for your community(s) and designed to make the most of your investment with Family CareSpace.
Have a discussion with Nathan Gruber, National Director of Sales to begin the process of determining the areas of focus; For example, increasing census or increasing care staff productivity. This discussion will help pinpoint specific areas for us to develop an implementation plan to provide greatest impact. We ask that you provide as a follow up to this meeting for step 2, floor plans, resident count by type, staff count, and if life safety is also an area of focus, life safety information. Step 1 concludes with the scheduling of a Video Demonstration (in person when possible) and preliminary review of the materials provided.

Based on the areas of focus in step 1, we review, confirm, and amend if necessary, those areas of focus. We review the information provided and give a video demonstration of the Family CareSpace Platform as it relates to the focus areas. The Family CareSpace team gladly address any questions during this process. We may combine Step 3 below into this step if the analysis is complete to provide an estimated budget, otherwise next step is to present the estimated budget and preliminary project plan with assumptions.
We present the budgetary estimate and project plan and go over the details to finalize the project scope. Once in agreement, all sign off on the budget, project plan and key dates to begin the implementation plan.
